"Since the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into effect in 2018, the Even Group has continued to ensure compliance with this regulatory framework, which protects personal data, particularly that of our customers and consumers. All the Group’s commercial websites were audited between 2020 and 2021 to guarantee GDPR compliance and are regularly updated.We have established traceability for our consumer customers' personal data and selected hosting sites in France and the European Union to protect the data. We only collect data from our customers which is strictly necessary. We also have procedures in place now for processing requests for access, modification and deletion of data within the legal time scales.These procedures may seem restrictive but they are a good opportunity for the group to improve customer relations. Relationships will grow in transparency, trust and quality with a reciprocal, enlightened mutual exchange."
