Dialogue with stakeholders
Dialogue with our stakeholders is an integral part of our Passion du Lait® strategy; a strategy that involves listening to their expectations and developing commitments jointly.
Understanding expectations
After identifying who our stakeholders are - internal and external - we consult with them to find out what their expectations are and decide what our commitments should focus on. In the longer term, we work with them to set out conditions and a framework for constructive, open dialogue.
Co-constructing commitments
After carrying out a CSR survey among our main stakeholders in 2021, we drew up a list of the ten biggest issues for Laïta in order of importance: traceability/health and nutritional quality of products, management of health, social, environmental and economic risks, health and safety in the workplace, balanced commercial relations and fair remuneration for production, pollution prevention, etc.
All these challenges feature in our Passion du Lait® CSR commitments, with targets for improvement.
